今井信子中提琴四重奏


今井信子中提琴四重奏是一支别具一格的中提琴四重奏组合。该组合由日本中提琴大师今井信子组建,为探索中提琴艺术的多元世界而成立。由她领衔三位当红年轻的中提琴演奏家,瑞士巴塞尔交响乐团中提琴首席、德国德特蒙得音乐大学教授维特•赫尔坦斯丹;东京国际中提琴比赛金奖获得者康文婷;以及来自上海音乐学院最年轻的中提琴教授刘念。11月16日今井信子中提琴四重奏音乐会还邀请到曾获多项国际大奖的日本年轻班多钮演奏家三浦一马,为演出增添多样的音乐元素。


今井信子

今井信子是当今最杰出的中提琴家之一,曾求学于东京桐朋学园大学、耶鲁大学、茱丽亚音乐院等院校,并在慕尼黑国际大赛、日内瓦国际中提琴大赛中摘得桂冠。她曾是维梅尔弦乐四重奏的一员,如今作为独奏艺术家,与众多乐团合作,如柏林爱乐、伦敦交响乐团、芝加哥交响乐团等;作为室内乐音乐家,合作过的艺术家有吉东•克雷默、宓多里、艾萨克•斯特恩、米沙•麦斯基、马尔塔•阿格里齐等。出于对室内乐的热爱,今井信子于2003年组建了米开朗基罗弦乐四重奏。乐团在国际上得到很多业内人士的认可并且很快成为世界上最为优秀的弦乐四重奏之一。2009年,她创立了日本第一个中提琴国际比赛“东京国际中提琴大赛”。此外,她积极投身于大量的艺术活动来探索中提琴的多种可能性,录制发行了40多张CD专辑。目前,她是阿姆斯特丹音乐学院、克朗贝格国际学院、马德里索菲亚音乐学院、东京上野学园大学的教授。


维特•赫尔坦斯丹

作为近几年在中提琴领域最令人感到兴奋的音乐新星,维特•赫尔坦斯丹受到国际上广泛赞誉。“他的演奏精准,完美,具有强大的感染力;同时拥有非常令人敬佩的音乐表达能力。”
——Augsburger Allgemeine 2013。“成熟的技术,周到的音乐表达,以及甜美的音色。”——波士顿音乐报2013。出生于德国的奥格斯堡,他在5岁时开始学习小提琴和钢琴,15岁时开始转学中提琴。2009年,他以优异的成绩毕业于瑞士日内瓦的高等音乐学院,在那里他同中提琴大师金井信子学习。作为一名室内乐演奏家,他曾与莫迪利亚尼,Ysaye Quartets, Brigitte Engerer, Valentin Erben (Alban Berg弦乐四重奏)以及小提琴大师Midori合作。2009年,他成为第一个赢得在斯洛伐克举办的欧洲广播联盟(European Broadcasting Union)“New Talent 国际比赛”的中提琴家。他在2011年的纽约青年音乐家艺术节国际海选中Hertenstein获得了8个表演奖。同年,成为瑞士Basel交响乐团的中提琴首席。在2016年,年仅30岁的他,便成为了德国德特蒙得的中提琴教授作为一名独奏家,Hertenstein先生曾被邀请参加万博罗音乐节、Seiji Ozawa国际音乐学院、东京的Viola Space Festival、Gstaad的梅纽因音乐节节和Verbier Festival,在那里他被授予“Henri Louis de la Grange”中提琴奖。


刘念

当今古典乐坛上炙手可热的中提琴演奏家,多项国际中提琴比赛第一名获得者;奥地利2008-2009年度最佳古典音乐演绎奖获得者;2012年成功首演了中国第一部多乐章中提琴协奏曲(李自立第一中提琴协奏曲)。世界古典音乐多元化中最具活力的中提琴演奏家,与众多当今古典音乐大师、作曲家合作,活跃于独奏,室内乐、现代音乐及各国音乐节的演奏和教学活动中。灌制多张独奏、重奏唱片;出版中提琴独奏和室内乐乐谱。在上海音乐学院就读期间,第一次以中提琴独奏身份登台与著名指挥家张国勇先生在上海音乐厅合作演出了英国作曲家Walton中提琴协奏曲,并多次考入世界知名音乐节,并多次担任音乐节乐团中提琴首席。现任上海音乐学院中提琴副教授,中提琴硕士研究生导师,“汉”四重奏成员。




康文婷

 作为2012年第二届东京国际中提琴比赛的金奖获得者,中国青年中提琴演奏家康文婷在众多国际和国内赛事中证明了自己的实力。美国第13届樱草国际中提琴比赛中获罗伯逊奖,奥地利第17届布拉姆斯国际比赛中提琴组获第三名,拉脱维亚第5届多布罗夫斯基国际比赛中提琴组第一名,中央音乐学院中提琴协奏曲比赛第一名,中国中提琴协会第一届比赛青年组第一名、新作品演奏奖及音乐会作品演奏奖。作为活跃的室内乐音乐家,她多次被邀参加万宝路、黄谷、拉维尼亚、莫纳德诺克、德国克龙贝格音乐节、日本和台湾的中提琴空间等国际音乐节并与许多国际知名音乐家有合作和演出。她作为全额奖学金获得者留学美国,获得硕士和研究生文凭。 此后她转入欧洲,以青年独奏家身份在德国克龙贝格音乐学院随知名中提琴家今井信子深造至2015年,在此期间加入了历史独具特色而悠久的以色列爱乐乐团,成为这支犹太音乐家的队伍里唯一的亚洲成员。 自2016年,她受邀成为今井信子的助教,任教于西班牙马德里皇后索菲亚高等音乐学院,自2017年并任马德里交响乐队中提琴副首席职位。2017年受今井信子之邀,康文婷同其他两位年轻优秀的中提琴演奏家: 维特•赫尔坦斯丹先生,以及刘念教授共同组建了一支只有中提琴组成的四重奏——金井信子四重奏。


三浦一马

1990年出生于日本东京,十岁起开始跟随日本班多纽演奏家小松亮太学习演奏。2006年在日本别府阿格里奇音乐节与著名班多钮音乐家内斯托•马科尼相遇之后便前往阿根廷跟随学习。他曾于2006年获得了文化事务署的奖学金, 2007年获得了雅马哈音乐基金会表演活动的支持。2007年3月,举行了首次专业演出,受到广泛好评。同年10月,他在日本与指挥家井上真一以及神奈川爱乐乐团首次合作演出了内斯托•马科尼的《探戈协奏曲》。之后,他又与关西爱乐乐团、大阪爱乐乐团等众多乐团合作演出了皮亚佐拉和内斯托•马科尼的协奏曲。2008年,他在意大利举办的第三十三届皮亚佐拉国际比赛中获得二等奖,他是第一位获此奖项的日本人以及最年轻获奖者。三浦一马先后在Victor音楽产业株式会社录制了《Tango Suite》《四季歌》《S'Wonderful》等唱片,反响热烈。2011年,他与歌手手茑葵合作演出了由作曲家松本俊明所作的单曲《Elephan》。2011年5月,获邀到日本别府阿格里奇音乐节,与玛莎•阿格里奇,尤里•巴什梅特,爱德华多•休伯特以及其他著名音乐家同台演出。


IMAI VIOLA QUARTET is a unique viola quartet band. It was formed by Japanese viola master Nobuko Imai, in oder to enlarge further the field and joy of viola music. As comrade, she chose three young eminent violists who will lead the viola world of next generation, including Veit Hertenstein, principal violist of Basel Symphony Orchestra in Switzerland and professor at University of Music Detmold in Netherlands, Wenting Kang, who won the 1st prize of Tokyo International Viola Compeition, and Nian Liu, the youngest faculty member at the Shanghai Conservatory of the Music. To add more elements to the performance on 16th of November, the quartet invites Kazuma Miura, a very young Japanese bandoneonist, who has won many international prizes.


Nobuko Imai 

Nobuko Imai is considered to be one of the most outstanding violist of our time. After finishing her studies at the Toho School of Music, Yale University and the Juilliard School, she won the highest prizes at both the prestigious international competition in Munich and Geneva. Formerly a member of the esteemed Vermeer Quartet, Ms. Imai now combines a distinguished international solo career. She has appeared with many of the wolrd’s prestigious orchestras such as the Berlin Philharmonic, the Royal Concertgebouw, the London, Boston, and Chicago Symphony, among many others. As a keen chamber musician, Ms. Imai has often performed with world’s renowned artists including Gidon Kremer, Midori, Mischa Maisky, Yo Yo Ma, Andràs Schiff, and Martha Argerich.In 2003, Nobuko Imai formed the Michelangelo Quartet. The quartet gained the international reputation quickly and now became one of finest quartets in the world. In 2009, she founded The Tokyo International Viola Competition as a part of Viola Space, the first international competition in Japan exclusively for viola. Nobuko Imai has dedicated a large part of her artistic activities to explore the diverse potential of the viola. An impressive discography of over 40 CDs shows Nobuko Imai’s recordings for prestigious labels such as BIS, Chandos, Deutsche Grammophone. Ms. Imai is a professor at Amsterdam Conservatory, Kronberg International Academy, and Queen Sofia College of Music in Madrid. She is also a professor extraordinarius at  Ueno Gakuen University in Tokyo.




Veit Hertenstein

One of the most exciting musicians on his instrument to emerge in years, German violist Veit Hertenstein plays with “admirable precision, dedication and strong musical expression“ (Augsburger Allgemeine 2013) as well as “maturity, technique, thoughtful musicianship, and a tone of dark honey” (The Boston Musical Intelligencer 2013).Born in Augsburg, Germany, Mr. Hertenstein began studying the violin and piano at the age of 5 and switched to the viola when he was 15. In 2009, he graduated with distinction from the Haute Ecole de Musique in Geneva, where he worked with violist Nobuko Imai. He also has been artistically influenced by György Kurtag, Krzysztof Penderecki, Gabor Takács-Nagy, Yuri Bashmet and Kim Kashkashian.As a chamber Musician he collaborated with Trio Wanderer, Modigliani and Ysaye Quartets, Brigitte Engerer, Valentin Erben (Alban Berg String Quartet) and with Midori. In 2009 he was the first violist to win the New Talent Competition of the European Broadcasting Union in Slovakia founded by Yehudi Menuhin, which was followed by world-wide radio broadcasts., He won First prize as well as eight performance prizes in the Young Concert Artists International Auditions 2011 in New York City. In the same year, he became the principal violist of the Basel Symphony Orchestra in Switzerland. In 2016, at the age of 30, he became a professor at the Hochschule für Musik in Detmold, Germany.  Mr. Hertenstein has been invited to the Marlboro Music Festival, the Seiji Ozawa International Music Academy, the Viola Space Festival Tokyo, Menuhin Festival in Gstaad and the Verbier Festival, where he was awarded the “Henri Louis de la Grange” viola prize. He has also been several times invited to the La Folle Journée Festival in Nantes and Tokyo. 


Liu Nian

As the sought-after viola player in today’s classical music, Liu Nian won a number of international viola competitions and the annual best classical music performance award of Austria 2008-2009, as well as successfully premiered the first Chinese multi-movement viola concerto (LI Zili’s first viola concerto). As one of the most energetic viola player in the worldwide classical music pluralism, he cooperated with numerous classical virtuosos and composers and actively participated in many activities including the performance and education activities of recital, chamber music, contemporary music and festivals hold in different countries. He also recorded a lot of solo and ensemble discs and published some viola solo and chamber music scores. Cooperating with famous conductor Zhang Guoyong, he performed British composer Walton’s viola concerto as a viola soloist at the first time in Shanghai Concert Hall while a student at Shanghai Conservatory of Music. He was also admitted in world famous music festivals and appointed as the first violist of orchestra in music festivals for many times. At present, Liu Nian is an associate professor, a master supervisor of viola at Shanghai Conservatory of Music and a member of Han Quartet.


Kang Wenting

The 1st prize winner of the 2nd Tokyo International Viola Competition(2012),  the Chinese  violist Wenting Kang has won numerous prizes, among them the Mozart Sinfonia Concertante Competition at the New England Conservatory (NEC), the fifth August Dombrovska International Competition, the Concerto Competition of the Beijing Central Conservatory of Music, and the first China Viola Festival-National Viola Competition where she won additional awards for her performances of a concerto and a contemporary piece. As an active chamber musician, Wenting Kang has performed in international music festivals such as the Marlboro Music Festival, the Steans Institute at Ravinia Festival, the Yellow Barn Music Festival, the Monadnock Festival in the US, Viola Space in Tokyo, and Chamber Music Connects the World at Kronberg, Germany.  She holds a Master of Music degree and Graduate Diploma from NEC working with Kim Kashkashian and Garth Knox. She also studied at Kronberg Academy for her further master's degree working with Nobuko Imai, and had a position in the Israel Philharmonic Orchestra until 2015. Currently she teaches at Reina Sofia School of Music in Madrid, Spain as assistant to Professor Nobuko Imai.In 2017, she was invited by Nubuko Imai to join the Imai Viola Quartet to further explore the diverse potential of the viola, along with Veit Hertenstein and Liu Nian.


Kazuma Miura

Kazuma Miura was born in Tokyo, Japan in 1990. After spending a significant time in Firenze (Florence), Italy, he began playing the bandoneon at the age of ten. He was under the tutelage of Japanese bandoneonist, Ryota Komatsu.A meeting with Néstor Marconi in 2006 at the Music Festival Argerich`s Meeting Point in Beppu, a bandoneonist famous to be known for his musicianship and composition, gave him substantial influence. Afterwards, Kazuma voyaged to Argentina, whereupon he studied under Marconi himself. Subsequently, a debut concert was held for him in Argentina, which was highly commended by the Buenos Aires RC. OLIVOS.Performances aside, he finds substantial importance in outreach programs to further broaden the bandoneon and was awarded a scholarship from The Agency for Cultural Affairs in 2006, and received support for performance activities from the Yamaha Music Foundation in 2007.In March 2007, Kazuma Miura performed his first professional debut having had sold out audiences and was highly acclaimed. Following his debut, in October, he performed the Japanese Premiere of Néstor Marconi’s concerto ‘TANGOS CONCERTANTES’ with the conductor, Michiyoshi Inoue and Kanagawa Philharmonic Orchestra. Afterwards notable performances have included Piazzolla and Marconi’s concertos with Kansai Philharmonic Orchestra, Osaka Philharmonic Orchestra and many others.In 2008, Mr.Miura received the second prize at the 33rd Astor Piazzolla International Competition held in Italy(XXXIII PREMIO e CONCORSO INTERNAZIONALE Citta di Castelfidardo CAT.M) He was the first Japanese and the youngest person to receive this prize.Kazuma Miura made his recording debut from Victor Entertainment titled “Tango Suite” in 2009. Following this recording debut he released the second CD album (Quinteto style) titled “Las Estaciones” in November 2011, which became Kazuma’s tribute album to Astor Piazzolla for the 90th anniversary of his birth in that year. This CD has been recommended as the best disc on The Record Geijutsu, which is one of the top Recording Magazine`s in Japan.In 2011, he performed the piece “Elephan” with singer Aoi Teshima, composed by Toshiaki Matsumoto who energetically creates many popular songs in the country and overseas. This piece was written for the long-running NHK TV program ‘Minna-no-Uta’ and was broadcasted everyday for 2 months. (Oct. and Nov. 2011)In May 2011, Kazuma was invited to Argerich’s Meeting Point in Beppu, where he had the opportunity to perform with Martha Argerich, Yuri Bashmet, Eduardo Hubert and other renowned musicians. He has earned much praise from many world-renowned musicians and is highly acclaimed from the mass media as well.European acclaim includes a recent performance in 2017 with the Dogma Chamber Orchestra in the Robert Schumann Saal in Dusseldorff.Aside from his concert career, Mr.Miura is also highly in demand for arranging most of the pieces performed. Since one of Kazuma Miura`s life-works regarding his instrument, the bandoneon, is to further broaden the history of his instrument, he has arranged many works. One of these projects is his most recent CD, featuring Gershwin titled "S'Wonderful" from Victor Entertainment. Since 2017, he has formed his own chamber orchestra "Tokyo Grand Soloists" with his arrangements. 2018 concert with "Tokyo Grand Soloists" will be in July featuring the concept "~tango"(Libertango,Meditango,Undertango…etc.).Kazuma Miura performs on an instrument previously played by Néstor Marconi by Alfred Arnold.
